Week 5 - 8
Force Expression + Position Specific Movement Control

Week 9 - 12
Dynamic Strength, Power + Coordination
Learn how to communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose. This course explores active listening, tone, body language, and message delivery for stronger.

A 12 week progressive strength and conditioning program, designed to improve the specific physical capacities and athletic qualities to tolerate, control, produce and recycle forces across multiple vectors – combining lower workout volumes with a moderate session frequency, to create an effective training system that can be easily integrated into current routines.
